Goa is a Terran Federation colony world in the Britannia Sector.
The Shib'a lizard is a pest native to the planet.
The planet was colonized to serve as a mining colony to provide more resources for colony development. In the 25th century, the colony became home to a group of Huanni who were more intelligent then their counterparts in the Mawasi Imperial Army. They soon became miners and were instrumental in the colonies development.
In 2567, the colony became the site of the Goan Mining Strike, in which both human and Huanni workers demanded better working conditions after several accidents.
