The Peliar are a humanoid species native to the planet Peliar Prime.
In the past, they created a race of insectoids known as the Cotswa as a form of manual labor. However, the two colonized moons wished to free the Cotswa from slavery, leading to a civil war between the two moons and the homeworld.
