San Francisco is a major city located on the western seaboard of the North American State.
During World War III, China launched an invasion of the United States of America by first launching an attack on the city which left it devastated. However, the Chinese offense was defeated and the city was spared.
Following its rebuild a statue was built in the city honoring those who died in the battle. The founding of the Terran Federation led to a branch of the Terran Federation Military Academy being founded.
