The Vahl are a humanoid species native to the planet Vreetan.
Their society is divided into a strict caste system. Known as "Guilds" each member of each caste is said to marry only a member of their own caste, and that all marriages must be arranged by the bride or grooms parents. Sometimes, those who wish to not live in the caste system escape to various governments, including the Terran Federation.
Though the Vahl have a variety of religions, most worship Albendazel, the hermaphrodite trickster deity.
The government of the Vahl is headed by the Grandmaster, with members of the High Council serving under him. Colonies of the Vahl include Photikar, Deruzala and Alzeral.
